Our client, a broker within the Londo are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic Change Delivery team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational change initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective stakeholder management and advisory support on technological and operational changes
- Develop and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, process maps, and user stories
- Lead business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and design solutions for operational improvements
- Support change management strategies and transition activities for both business and operational teams
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver business change projects on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives
- Partner with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and design effective solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across the organization
- Proven track record of leading business analysis for complex change projects from initiation to delivery
- Solid understanding of broking/underwriting operations, insurance products, and industry regulations
- Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Business analysis expertise, including the use of tools and techniques such as BPMN, user stories, and requirements gathering
- Desirable: Professional business analysis or project management certifications (e.g., BCS, CBAP, PRINCE2, PMP)
