Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a broker within the Londo are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic Change Delivery team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, system enhancements, and organizational change initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective stakeholder management and advisory support on technological and operational changes
  • Develop and document detailed functional and non-functional requirements, process maps, and user stories
  • Lead business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and design solutions for operational improvements
  • Support change management strategies and transition activities for both business and operational teams
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver business change projects on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives
  • Partner with technical teams and third-party vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and design effective solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate across the organization
  • Proven track record of leading business analysis for complex change projects from initiation to delivery
  • Solid understanding of broking/underwriting operations, insurance products, and industry regulations
  • Experience working within structured project delivery frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Business analysis expertise, including the use of tools and techniques such as BPMN, user stories, and requirements gathering
  • Desirable: Professional business analysis or project management certifications (e.g., BCS, CBAP, PRINCE2, PMP)
Benefits: 
Up to £85,000 per year.
