Our client, an insurer, is seeking an experienced Principal Delivery Lead to spearhead complex change initiatives across their organization.
As our Principal Delivery Lead, you'll:
- Lead large-scale transformation projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Manage multiple connected deliveries while ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Drive commercial outcomes through robust business cases and value delivery
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with executive sponsors and stakeholders
- Champion continuous improvement and customer-centric solutions
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience leading complex business and IT change programs
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in multiple project methodologies (MSP, Prince2, Agile, SDLC)
- Experience in regulated environments (FCA/CQC knowledge preferred)
- Healthcare insurance market knowledge (desirable)
