- Proven experience as a Principal / Senior Delivery Lead with a focus on digital and customer projects
- Expertise in agile project management
- Track record of managing large-scale digital projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at Board level
- Proficient in risk, resource, and cost/benefit management
- Tenacious problem solver with excellent negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare insurance market is advantageous but not essential
