WPR is delighted to be working alongside a global insurer who is recruiting into its IT Team in London. Working with the wider Deskside Support Team, you will play a leading role in incident resolution and end user guidance.
Key Responsibilities;
- provide remote 1st line support and assistance
- work closely with 2nd and 3rd line teams to increase 1st line fix rate
- perform all client software installation and support
- roll our hardware and configuring mobile devices
- provide system admin duties in a Windows Active Directory environment
Ideally you will have at least two year's experience in a service desk environment supporting 700+ users. Knowledge of Active Directory is key as is a good understanding of basic networking (TCPIP, DNS, DHCP etc) is useful.
