Our client, a leading insurance group in Lloyd's, is seeking a Corporate and Consolidations Accountant to join their Finance Department in London. The role involves preparing quarterly consolidations, complex transactions, account reconciliations, and statutory accounts for corporate entities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Corporate and Consolidations Manager, ensure smooth production of regulatory returns, and participate in various project work and ad-hoc tasks.
- Working knowledge of consolidation processes and procedures
- Ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure
- Advanced experience of using Excel
- CIMA/ACCA/CA/ACA qualified/newly-qualified
- Excellent verbal communication
- Desirable: Working knowledge of PeopleSoft
