Change Manager

Our client, a London Market Insurer are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their Business Change Management team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic change initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with leaders, sponsors, and the Business Transformation Group to develop and communicate the overarching change vision and strategy.
  • Create change strategies and approaches to ensure maximum adoption and return on investment for our transformation projects.
  • Lead the people-centric aspects of change planning, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and change readiness assessments.
  • Develop and execute detailed change management plans to mitigate risks, address points of resistance, and enable seamless transitions.
  • Establish key performance indicators and measurement systems to track the progress and success of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Communications, Training, and HR to deliver integrated change management support.
  • Leverage your expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and large-scale transformation programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven track record of leading successful change management initiatives, preferably within an insurance or financial services organization.
  • Demonstrable expertise in change management frameworks and methodologies, such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches like Agile and PRINCE2.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and motivate teams at all levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in using data and metrics to measure and drive change adoption.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent, with a focus on business, change management, or a related field.
Benefits: 
Up to £90,000 per year.
