Established in 2015 by two directors, Niall Wynne and James Pepe who possess almost twenty years’ recruitment experience. 

Our intention is to bring a market leading recruitment service to the Insurance industry across the specialist areas of Broking, Change Management & IT, Claims, Finance and Underwriting. 

We partner with a wide range of insurers and brokers ranging from FTSE listed organisations to mid-size and start-up companies. Our market leading service is underpinned by our proactive search approach, which allows us to identify, engage and recruit the right calibre of talent for our clients.
